AMUSE BOUCHE

WHITE PRAWNS 

Prawn tartare, corn aguachile, lemon caviar, crispy corn, wasabi & avocado cream.

SCALLOPS 

Pan grilled scallops, sea rocket chlorophyll, green sauce, compressed apples, seaweed cracker.

MUSSELS

Gochujang mussel dumpling, mussel beurre blanc, tarragon oil, vinegar pearls.

LANGOUSTINE

Butter poached langoustine, khao soi curry, red curry dentelle, semi dried tomatoes, butter air.

OXTAIL

Mexican braised oxtail, pasilla & chipotle chili sauce, corn cromesquis, Robuchon puree, potato crisps.

CITRUS

Blood orange & yuzu ice cream, bergamot cream, orange jelly, grapefruit & Campari soup, orange meringue, blood orange gel.

PEAR

Pear sorbet, nuts micro sponge, caramel cream, milk chocolate ganache, white wine poached pears, walnuts.

Dietary requirements:

While we try to accommodate our guests' requirements, please note the menu is a set menu designed to be the same for all the guests and our set-up makes it difficult to change some ingredients. Have this in mind before proceeding to the booking or raise your questions before proceeding with the payment. While we don't have the option to completely change the menu we can accommodate to take into account any allergies you can have if you let us know in advance, when booking.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that circumstances can change and if you have to cancel your booking and if we are able to resell your ticket, we will be very happy to refund the full amount for each ticket resold. We can only give refunds or accept cancellations if we can resell your tickets. The reasons for the loss of your booking fees are as follows: Alma is a pop up restaurant whose fine dining events are planned in advance. Staff is contracted for each specific event and food is ordered specifically for you. Cancellations made outside the policy criteria will incur costs to Alma for the reasons stated above.
